John Martino
Founder and President
John Holds a 500 Ton, All Oceans Coast Guard captain's license and is a graduate of Georgetown University, where he was a member of the varsity sailing team. He served as an instructor/captain for the Annapolis Sailing School and the Annapolis Powerboat School. John also served as Captain of the Schooner Kathryn B, a 105-foot three-masted schooner carrying guests on luxury charters in the Caribbean. John has delivered many different yachts, traveling from Grenada to Maine, through the Panama Canal, to Bermuda, and up and down the east coast regularly. Most recently, he has produced and taught several training courses for recreational boaters. John serves as president and handles the commercial fleet management division of Annapolis Yacht Management.

Susann Catterton
Vice President
Susann is a Maryland native and seventeen-year veteran Annapolis Sailing School instructor/captain. She holds a 100 Ton Coast Guard captain's license and is a U.S. Sailing certified instructor. Susann was featured in Out Side Magazine for her career as a sailing instructor and ski professional. She also received recognition in Chesapeake Bay Magazine for her contribution to the United States Sailboat and Powerboat Shows as the "voice of boat shows". She has extensive sailing experience in the Chesapeake and Caribbean, and is a graduate of West Virginia University. Susann serves as operations director and oversees the private client division of Annapolis Yacht Management.
